what is mindhacking™ coaching?
The Mindhacking™ technique is a healing modality based on hypnotherapy. When the brain is in a relaxed state is it possible to access memories, patterns and limiting beliefs (see below) that form the base of your behaviour. By analysing and bringing these patterns to the forefront and using brain rewiring techniques, it is possible to permanently change the way you perceive the world around you and therefore change your behaviour.
what are limiting beliefs?
Limiting beliefs are codes stored in our subconscious that affect the way we perceive the world around us. For example, if you have the belief that you are lovable you will perceive most people’s behaviours as possible and supportive towards you. On the other hand, if you have the limiting belief that you are unlovable, you will perceive the world as a hostile place where people don’t value you, reject you or abandon you. While the first is a positive belief the latter is a limiting belief. They are called limiting beliefs because they affect our quality of life and make us unable to see things for what they are.
By removing limiting beliefs and exchanging them with more positive beliefs it is possible to actually change the way you act, not only the way you think! How does this work? If you have negative beliefs you will more likely perceive the world as hostile and act in ways that protect yourself, don’t allow you to take risks and instead play it safe. When these beliefs change you will feel more sure of yourself, you will have more confidence and this will translate into behaviour all around your life.
